Gabrielle Jenness

Gabrielle Jenness is a third-year Plant Biology major who has been actively involved with the UC Davis Botanical Conservatory since her first year. Passionate about plants, animals, science, and binomial nomenclature, she has a particular appreciation for tropical conifers, orchids, and carnivorous plants. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, Gabrielle chose UC Davis for its renowned Plant Biology program and the unique opportunities offered by the conservatory. She views the conservatory as an invaluable space to explore her aspirations as a botanical horticulturist.
