The UC Davis Botanical Conservatory offers a variety of ways to engage with our unique plant collection. Whether you're interested in volunteering, interning, or supporting our programs, there are many opportunities to learn, contribute, and connect with our vibrant community.

Tours

The Conservatory offers a variety of tour options, including free self-guided visits for small groups, scheduled guided tours by appointment, and weekend tours based on staff availability.

Internships

Internships are offered quarterly on a first-come, first-served basis, and provide students with a range of hands-on learning opportunities in plant care, greenhouse management, education, and research support.

Volunteer

The Conservatory welcomes student volunteers to help propagate plants for sales, learning hands-on techniques like cuttings and transplanting while exploring the greenhouse and discovering unique species.
